I worked with Nate to buy my very first house. I went into the house buying process completely blind and had no idea where to start. Nate walked me through the whole process and made sure I knew everything. After I closed, I ended up having some unforeseen issues that did appear on my inspection. Nate was absolutely fantastic during my home-buying experience! As a first-time home buyer, it’s an understatement to say I had no idea what I was doing. Nate was there to provide me with information every step of the way! He even went above and beyond and stepped in for a couple of walkthroughs I was unable to attend. Nate was more like a best friend with his generosity of time (and expertise), including coming to my property to help me install a microwave to get it ready for sale. He always went above and beyond throughout the whole sales cycle, being responsive and researching things for a win-win solution with potential buyers... even though it was a small sale. Nate's attention to detail (read every land doc) and knowledge of Boulder County regulations was instrumental in selling this land with buyer. He was collaborative and "best interest of all" in his approach to seller/buyer negotiations which was key to closing a deal that worked for all parties. He also went above and beyond with Marketing with a Drone "day in life of" video, professional photos and huge custom wooden sign on the land. I'm so appreciative to his efforts!!!

Nate was so helpful during the entire process of purchasing our first home. He helped us during every step of the process when we would have been lost and really took the time to understand our needs and how we operate (e.g. when to text, when to call, etc.). From the initial meeting where he spoke with us about price ranges, interest rates, the process of getting pre-approved for a mortgage - all things we initially found overwhelming - he was incredibly hands on and informative. Nate looked at dozens of houses with us, sometimes taking up his entire Saturday driving around Denver/Arvada just to be there with us for multiple showings. Even though we couldn't find the perfect house or after we were outbid on an offer, Nate was never impatient or rushing us - he kept working with us until we found something that met our needs. From there, Nate was not done with his hard work. He represented us in multiple negotiation points with the seller, helping us get the best deal without us needing to even press him or the seller. I consistently felt like Nate was representing my interests to the best of his ability and I was very satisfied knowing I could rely on him. We went under contract for a new-build that was pending construction. Nate checked in frequently throughout the process, making sure we were receiving updates from the developers and pressing for timelines, better communication. As we neared close, Nate worked with the developers to schedule multiple walkthroughs and visits that worked for our schedule - he even took time from his day to be there for the final inspection when neither of us were available. Additionally, Nate is happy to connect buyers with professionals in his network. He introduced us to the lender we ultimately worked with as well as an inspector. Finally, even after we closed, Nate checked in that everything was what we were expecting and that we were happy. I truly believe Nate genuinely wants to help everyone find the situation that is best for them, and for that we are very grateful! 10/10 would recommend to anybody purchasing a home in the area!
